Key Responsibilities:

Supervise afterschool staff and support a positive team culture.
Oversee student supervision to ensure safety and engagement during program hours.
Help plan and coordinate enrichment activities and events.
Manage staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage as needed.
Serve as the communication liaison between staff, parents, students, and the Program Manager/Principal.
Ensure compliance with program health and safety protocols.
Assist with budgeting, financial record maintenance and general record keeping.
