Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manages collection and reconciliation process for cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts</li><li>Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software</li><li>Manages Body Shop Accounts Receivables and is responsible for insuring the AR balances are &lt; 90 Days old.</li><li>Manage Body Shop Accounting Schedules and is responsible for inuring the schedules are kept per SARS requirements.</li><li>Makes accounting adjustments and corrections to coding errors to clear schedules per policy and procedure</li><li>Creates Disbursements or Journal Vouchers for Posting by Business Office</li><li>Posts Inter Company Parts and Sublet Invoices in accounting software</li><li>May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Body Shop Experience (preferred)</li><li>Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred)</li><li>Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)</li><li>Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence</li></ul>
