Job Description
- The Cloud Web Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure cloud-based web applications that integrate with geospatial, data analytics, and AI/ML services.
- The position requires ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and DoD IL security requirements, implementing robust authentication and encryption measures.
- Developers will integrate API-driven solutions that enhance data interoperability and accessibility for end users and develop web-based dashboards for data visualization with real-time analytics capabilities.
- The role includes producing Web Application Development & Integration Reports detailing system enhancements and security compliance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in cloud-based web development.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Developing secure web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- API development with REST and GraphQL.
- Working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Implementing serverless architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrating web applications with geospatial and data analytics services.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in modern web frameworks, API development, and cloud-native architecture.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
- Proficiency in secure web application development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication and encryption measures.
- Ability to develop real-time analytics and data visualization dashboards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate (Preferred, Not Required)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (Preferred, Not Required)
