Construction Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel, supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Responsibilities

• Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues proactively.
• Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to develop and train teams.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
