The Staffing Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and implementation of the District's staffing plan. This position ensures that all staffing allocations are accurate, aligned with available Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), and compliant with budgetary and funding requirements. The manager provides technical support and training to school and district administrators, reviews personnel transactions, and serves as a liaison between schools, departments, and district leadership on all staffing-related matters.

? Develops, maintains, and updates the District?s staffing plan in alignment with budget, FTE, and operational needs.
? Provides training and support to school and district site staff on staffing procedures, policy interpretation, and technical issues.
? Reviews and approves or denies job advertisements and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) by verifying FTE availability and proper funding sources.
? Processes staffing plan conversions, Position Control Requests, and funding reallocations in coordination with Finance and Human Resources.
? Serves on the staffing plan committee and prepares relevant reports, data, and recommendations for meetings with district leadership and the Superintendent.
? Conducts staffing plan trainings for site administrators and support staff.
? Maintains school and district site staffing rosters and Position Control Groups in the district?s enterprise resource planning system (e.g., Skyward).
? Reviews and reconciles staffing plans for accuracy and ensures timely updates to reflect personnel changes and allocations.
? Coordinates with HR and Finance to ensure staffing data integrity and adherence to internal control procedures.
? Supervises assigned staff and provides guidance in reviewing staffing documents, troubleshooting issues, and implementing procedural improvements.
? Monitors and communicates trends or issues related to staffing allocations and proposes process enhancements to support efficiency and compliance.
? Performs additional related responsibilities as assigned.
