We are seeking an Electrician to join our Engineering team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.
Role Summary:
The Electrician will repair and maintain all hotel electrical systems and install additional electrical devices and portable power set-ups. The ideal candidate will exemplify the philosophy and mission of Eau Resort & Spa.
We have a full-time position available. This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
Work Schedule Needed: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Essential Qualifications:
- High school graduate or G.E.D. and vocational/technical background.
- 2+ years commercial electrical experience.
- Knowledge of electrical codes.
- Ability to communicate in English with hotel guests, visitors and staff to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
Desirable:
- Mechanical experience.
- State, County and City licenses.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on electrical apprenticeship.
- 2+ years hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to properly use electrical testing equipment.
- Knowledge of Volt/AMP/WATT formulas.
- Ability to safely and properly use hand and power tools.
- Ability to climb ladders and use people lifts.
- Ability to crawl into ceilings and over and under equipment.
- Knowledge of wiring, conduit and controls, P.M. motors and breakers.
- Understanding of high-low voltage systems.
- Ability to work cohesively as a team member.
- Ability to work in and around the public in a positive and professional manner.
