We are seeking a dependable and nurturing full-time nanny (30-40 hours a week) to join our team and provide exceptional childcare for local families.

Responsibilities
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive and grow.
• Plan and prepare engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's progress.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and hygiene.
• Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among children.
• Adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each family you work with.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities and milestones.
• Transportation of children is sometimes required.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience.
• Infant care experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (course completion required before first shift).
• Be able to provide three childcare references.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to follow established routines for feeding, naps, and playtime with consistency.
• Proven track record of planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster development.
• Strong communication skills to regularly update parents on daily activities and milestones.
• Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of children and families with ease and patience.
