POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily operations of all front-of-house food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, organization, and readiness before and during service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Support inventory and cost control efforts related to food, beverage, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage on service improvements and staff development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED; 4+ years' experience in a food and beverage manager role.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years' experience in the food and beverage or culinary manager role
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic budgeting, scheduling, and POS systems.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
