If you're an experienced final expense insurance sales professional who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment, this is your opportunity to turn conversations into meaningful protection for seniors-while building a strong income with uncapped commission and $80K-$85K+ earning potential at target performance. As an Inside Sales Representative, Final Expense & Supplemental Insurance at MASA, you'll play a critical role in helping seniors secure final expense coverage through high-volume, phone-based sales as part of our growing Supplemental Insurance Solutions team.

In this role, you'll work warm, high-intent leads-including seminar attendees, existing MASA members, and digital prospects-with no cold calling and no out-of-pocket lead costs. You'll primarily sell final expense insurance, a simple, high-demand product with streamlined underwriting and fast approvals, so you can move efficiently from conversation to close while delivering real value.

What You Will Do

Reporting to our Inside Sales Director, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Executing high-volume inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects, present final expense and supplemental insurance products, and close sales.
  • Converting seminar, member, and digital leads by building rapport, identifying needs, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
  • Maintaining daily and weekly activity targets including dials, talk time, contacts, quotes, applications, and placed business.
  • Managing your pipeline in CRM with timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
  • Completing applications and documentation accurately to ensure compliant submissions.
  • Using scripts, call flows, and underwriting tools to deliver consistent, compliant conversations and accurate submissions.

What You Bring
  • Active Florida 2-15 (Health, Life, and Variable Annuity) license, or the ability to obtain prior to your start date.
  • 2+ years of inside sales, call center sales, or phone-based insurance sales experience, preferably within final expense or senior-market products.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong objection handling, closing, and rapport-building skills, particularly with senior consumers.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume dialer environment with back-to-back calls.
  • Ability to navigate CRM platforms, quoting tools, and carrier systems while maintaining accurate records.
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements including TCPA, Do Not Call, and disclosure standards in phone-based sales environments.
