Instructional Support Responsibilities
Assist teachers with implementing classroom lessons and instructional activities
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce academic skills
Support reading, writing, mathematics, and other subject-area instruction
Assist with classroom technology and educational materials
Help prepare instructional resources, lesson materials, and classroom displays
Provide accommodations and modifications for students as directed by the teacher
Student Support & Supervision
Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, bus duty, and other school functions
Support student behavior management and classroom expectations
Assist students with organization, task completion, and engagement
Help maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment
Support students? social-emotional and behavioral development
