Job Summary:

As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating technical and non-technical personnel, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic information for patient care.

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32310

Shifts: Days (40 hours per week) - Rotating Weekends

Experience Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician generalist.
• Prior supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.

Education Requirements:

• 2-Year/Associate Degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Technician.
• 4-Year/Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology preferred.

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

• FL State Supervisor License Required.
• Licensure in 3 technical specialties Required.
• ASCP or AMT required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Salary Range: $32.61/hour min - $48.92/hour max Based on years of experience

Additional Incentives:

• Up To 15% annual bonus, based on performance KPI's.
• Sign On: $10k
• Relocation: Case by case; Upon request
