We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks within a fast-paced fitness environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Fitness Director with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Greet members and manage daily check-ins using club software systems
• Ensure the Fitness Center remains organized and presentable at all times
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments, classes, and personal training sessions
• Assist with member account management, including purchases and package tracking
• Handle inventory tracking and organization for fitness retail items
• Maintain accurate records and assist with tracking trainer sessions, commissions, and payroll-related data using Excel and internal systems
• Communicate with staff, trainers, and members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support marketing efforts, including promoting classes and events
Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, scheduling systems, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior administrative or desk experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
