Parallel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support high impact marketing execution across our retail markets in Florida, Massachusetts, and Texas. This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for coordinating day to day marketing execution across email, push, and ecommerce, ensuring campaigns are accurate, timely, and aligned with retail and commercial priorities.
We are looking for a highly organized operator who thrives in execution, enjoys cross functional collaboration, and can keep complex marketing workflows running smoothly across multiple markets.

This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for coordinating day to day marketing execution across email, push, and ecommerce, ensuring campaigns are accurate, timely, and aligned with retail and commercial priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Email & Push Campaign Execution
- Own end to end execution of email and push campaigns, including proofing, scheduling, deployment, and post campaign reporting.
- Support campaign execution across all markets (FL, MA, TX) in partnership with Marketing leads and Ecommerce.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to ensure campaigns align with promotional calendars and retail priorities.
Marketing Calendar & Coordination
- Own and maintain marketing calendars, including Retail promotions, product launches, and events.
- Coordinate closely with IT on promotional inputs, documentation, and system updates.
- Manage updates and communications through Zipline to ensure clear execution at the frontline level.
- Ensure changes, updates, and promotions are documented accurately and communicated consistently.
Execution Liaison Across Channels
- Serve as the primary liaison for marketing execution across email, app, and ecommerce platforms.
- Partner closely with:
- Marketing Managers and regional leaders
- Ecommerce Manager
- IT and Commercialization teams
- Help ensure campaigns move efficiently from concept to execution without breakdowns.
Platform & Tool Support
- Support execution within Alpine IQ and Dutchie (email, push, loyalty, ecommerce).
- Assist with transition planning and execution as the organization continues moving toward Dutchie's loyalty and ecommerce capabilities.
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and attention to detail across all digital touchpoints.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or campaign operations.
- Hands on experience with email and push platforms, preferably Alpine IQ and/or Dutchie.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with strong proofreading and quality control instincts.
- Comfortable working cross functionally and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or cannabis strongly preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in an office environment, primarily at a desk or in meetings.
- Ability to move around the office as needed.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology.
- Ability to lift up to twenty-five pounds.
- Ability to travel domestically as required.
