Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings using CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).
- Perform calculations, simulations, and basic stress/thermal analysis.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and design reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, manufacturing teams, and vendors.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in mechanical design or engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Inventor, etc.).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Internship or co-op experience in mechanical design or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with GD&T and engineering standards.
- Exposure to FEA, CFD, or simulation tools is a plus.
All candidates exp must be directly tied to MEP design engineering for building construction documents.
Must have Revit Experience.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
