- Executing clinical support tasks at a high level

Core Responsibilities
1. Patient Experience & Front Desk Control
- Greet every patient by name immediately-no exceptions
- Maintain a calm, polished, high-end environment at all times
- Manage check-in/check-out with zero friction or confusion
- Control patient flow, delays, and communication proactively
2. Administrative & Operational Execution
- Enter and manage patient data in EHR/CRM systems with accuracy
- Handle inbound/outbound communication with clarity and authority
- Create and manage lab requisitions and documentation
- Maintain a flawless front-of-house presentation (cleanliness, organization, readiness)
- Support inventory tracking and ordering with Office Manager
3. Clinical / Medical Assistant Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
- Greet patients and confirm medical questionnaires and consent forms
- Perform vital sign assessments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during procedures
- Perform lab-related tasks, including:
- Venipuncture
- Injections
- IV preparation and/or initiation
- Urinalysis
- Assist in operating medical equipment for routine diagnostics
- Upload and maintain laboratory results in patient records
- Ensure all clinical processes meet compliance and safety standards

Requirements
Medical Assistant Qualifications (Required for This Role)
- Medical Assistant Certification (or equivalent) required
- Graduate of accredited MA, Paramedic, or military medical training program
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred
- CPR Certification required
- Experience with EHR/CRM systems preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
