Primary Therapist - Mental Health Facility (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Schedule-

Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm OR Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm

Recovery Unplugged is a groundbreaking addiction/mental health treatment facility that integrates the power of music with evidence-based therapeutic practices to engage clients in their treatment. We are committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered care and improving outcomes for individuals on their journey to mental health and wellness.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Therapist to join our team at our new mental health facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients as directed by the Clinical Director/Manager.
• Collaborate with the Treatment Team in the development of each client's Master Treatment Plan.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate with the appropriate teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for referral sources and provide necessary services to clients as directed.
• Foster an energetic, compassionate, and supportive treatment environment.
• Utilize music-based therapeutic interventions to engage clients and enhance their recovery experience.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Licenses: LMHC, LMFT, LMSW preferred
• A Master's Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university.
• A passion for using creative, innovative methods, including music, to support clients in their treatment and recovery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
