7+ years in IT product development, engineering, or project delivery (software lifecycle management).
5+ years leading cross-functional teams on complex product/technology solutions in high-tech or government environments.
Strong background in product timelines, release planning, and stakeholder management.
Experience with ServiceNow integration, post-deployment readiness, and support.
Familiarity with Agile/iterative delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
Experience with government procurement and IT project governance (Florida 60GG-1 through 5, F.A.C.) preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
Proficiency with SharePoint 365, Microsoft Project, and collaborative planning tools highly desired.
