Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field/equivalent work experience;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience, or working with a Project Management Office
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience managing projects in accordance with the Project Management Institute (PMI's) standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)
- A minimum of seven (7) years of working experience with IT;
- A minimum of three (3) years of IT strategy and planning experience;
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing application development projects
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and userstaff
- Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Experience using the Scrum framework to manage at least one (1) project
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD)sessions
- Experience managing documentation in Microsoft (MS) SharePoint
- Experience with the Information Systems Development Methodologies (ISDM); and
- Experience with state government projects.
