Purchasing Specialist / Sales Support Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate quotes, purchase orders, and deliveries
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track orders, shipments, and backorders
  • Support sales team with pricing and follow-ups
  • Maintain vendor records and purchasing files
  • Handle data entry and general administrative tasks

Purchasing Specialist / Sales Support Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of purchasing, administrative, or sales support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred
  • Associate degree is preferred
