Job Title: RN Med/Surg Orthopedics
Location: Gainsville, FL
Length of Assignment: Permanent, (Sign on bonus $$k)
Shift Timing: Day (7a-7p)
Night (7p-7a)
Job Summary:
Our Orthopedic-Med/Surg unit specializes in joint replacement surgeries, fracture repairs, osteomyelitis, and minor trauma. We work closely with orthopedic surgeons to help patients regain mobility and independence. Our team also cares for medical/surgical patients with various diagnoses, offering individualized care and promoting optimal outcomes through evidence-based practices. We are dedicated to high standards of nursing practice and clinical excellence, with many nurses pursuing or holding national certifications. Our unit is known for achieving significant infection prevention milestones and offers opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment with a
diverse patient population.

Experience Required:

• 1+ Years of experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting Preferred However, would consider 1 year of LTAC experience (assessment and IV skills are what they are looking for)

Certificates Required:

• Current License as an RN.
• BLS
