We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategist to support enterprise IT transformation initiatives within a government environment. This role will focus on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption for IT programs including digital transformation, cloud modernization, and enterprise system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Organizational Change Management activities for enterprise IT initiatives
- Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans
- Support organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives
- Manage OCM workstreams including timelines, risks, and coordination activities
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Track project milestones and support implementation activities
- Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business or industry experience
- 1-3 years of Organizational Change Management, project coordination, or project leadership experience
- Experience supporting enterprise IT projects or transformation initiatives
- Understanding of change management methodologies and PMBOK principles
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication planning
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in government or public-sector environments
- Experience supporting cloud migration or enterprise modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with organizational readiness and training coordination
