We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Marketing Growth, to join our marketing team. The person in this position will lead the firm's marketing execution to improve brand awareness, drive pipeline, and lead generation across priority industries and service lines. This role translates firm growth priorities into integrated marketing plans and campaigns, while overseeing internal teams, external agencies, and digital programs to ensure alignment, accountability, and results. This includes focusing on an AI-forward approach to scaling the firm's marketing and partnering with the Chief Growth Officer to advance AI-enabled content and campaign workflows and helping modernize marketing systems and processes to improve performance and efficiency.

This position is fully remote with priority given to candidates living in the southeastern United States.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing roles
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns tied to pipeline outcomes
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar) for campaign execution, automation, and reporting
  • Proven success leading teams and coordinating cross-functional execution
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies and external vendors
  • Experience partnering closely with sales/business development teams and supporting lead lifecycle processes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with industry leaders and teams to translate firm and industry growth priorities into integrated marketing plans and quarterly campaign calendars.
  • Lead demand generation across channels (email, paid, social, PR, events) through a mix of agency-led and some internally executed programs.
  • Support the development of service offerings, including packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CGO on AI-driven marketing initiatives and content systems, and identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee content strategy and production (thought leadership, SEO content, marketing collateral) to support positioning and conversion.
  • Oversee the firm's website, SEO performance, and conversion improvements in partnership with external vendors.
  • Own agency and vendor relationships; set priorities, manage deliverables, and ensure performance against goals and timelines.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to support campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing automation; assist with HubSpot execution as needed (e.g., landing pages, forms, etc).
  • Manage and develop the marketing team; prioritize work, coach performance, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Partner with business development on inbound and outbound lead management processes to improve follow-up, qualification, and scheduling.
  • Manage marketing budget and resource allocation; monitor ROI and recommend investments.
  • Assist with other marketing-related projects and initiatives as needed.
