1. PURPOSE:
This scope of work is for business analyst services to provide documentation, testing, and training necessary to support operations of the Office of Budget and Revenue Management. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health (Department).
2. TERM:
This scope of work will begin on 4/1/2023 or the date on which the purchase order is issued, whichever is later. It will end at midnight, Eastern Time on 6/30/2023. The State of Florida's performance and obligation to pay under this purchase order and any subsequent renewal is contingent upon annual appropriation by the Legislature and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

1. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
1.1. Ten years of experience with Microsoft Office products;
1.2. Two years of experience with Visio;
1.3. Ten years of experience writing user guides;
1.4. Five years of experience with user training;
1.5. Ability to communicate clearly; including proper grammar and dictation;
1.6. Ability to attend on-site meetings in Tallahassee as needed
2. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
2.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
2.1.1. Schedule and facilitate meetings; including agenda and minutes preparation, as directed by the Department.
2.1.2. Prepare process flow charts, as directed by the Department.
2.1.3. Prepare design documentation, as directed by the Department.
2.1.4. Prepare training documentation and deliver training to users, as directed by the Department.
2.1.5. Prepare user guides, as directed by the Department.
2.1.6. Prepare documentation for all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, as directed by the Department.
3.1. DELIVERABLES:
Contractor will complete and submit the following deliverables to the Department in the time and manner specified:
3.1.1. Monthly: provision of business analyst services in the time and manner specified in Tasks 6.1.1 - 6.1.6.
