Note: The staff augmentation consultants are required to be off the week of Christmas and New Year unless services are required with prior approval from division leadership

Sr. Internet/Web Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Assists in developing specifications as well as, overall planning and management of projects.

• Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provide monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.

• Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.

• Ensure technical direction and standards are being followed.

• Develop project plans and measure actual progress against the plans.

• Assure that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.

• Demonstrate an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participate in the development and implementation of business solutions.

• Manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.

• Manage change control within the projects.

• Obtain sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that affect the critical path.

• Write documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met.

Requirements

Potential candidate must possess the following:

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Databases, Oracle functions, stored procedures, triggers, packages & performance tuning.

• Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications, & Proficient in converting ASP.net web forms to MVC.

• Experience with C#.Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, OOPS, Webservices, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks.

• Familiarity with Dot Net core application development.

• Familiarity with Azure services and application development on Azure.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Creating and Writing Stored Procedures.

• Experience with batch processing and data loading.

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2017 and above.

• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards.

• Produce technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, testing.

• Experience with working with development teams on large enterprise projects.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
