The association is comprised of the Florida Clerks of the Circuit Court and Comptrollers. FACC Services Group, LLC, dba Civitek Solutions was established in 1991 to provide financial and technical services for the Clerks of Circuit Court and Comptrollers of the State of Florida. This position ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and will provide assistance with document system related procedures and policies. This is a part-time position with a maximum of 20 hours per week. Candidate must have a valid driver's license.

This position ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and will provide assistance with document system related procedures and policies. What you will do
- Install new/rebuild existing desktops/laptops and configure virtualization, hardware, software, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis to end user equipment.
- Apply system level Firmware upgrades as required to end user equipment. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Monitor daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Address security concerns according to the company security policy guidelines.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. Monitor data center environmental conditions (HVAC, A/C, Generator, UPS).
- Create and maintain operational, configuration, and procedural documentation with guidance from management. Help provide Tier I/Desktop/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Interpret and/or discuss information with others in a courteous and professional manner. Communication may involve terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; provide advice and recommend actions involving technology issues.

- Assist in maintaining Desktop/Laptop/Peripheral software and hardware inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or currently obtaining a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field. Required
- 1 year of previous related experience. Preferred
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, MacOS, and desktop support. Required.
- Knowledge of Office 365 or Microsoft exchange preferred.
- Understanding of virtualization concepts, tools, configuration and clustering.
- Understanding of Computer Security Essentials.
- Understanding networking concepts.
- Ability to be detail oriented, research ideas, develop a plan and see it through to completion.
- Ability to troubleshoot various aspects of computer hardware, software, networking/connectivity, etc.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate issues in both written and verbal format to peers and escalation points.
- Ability to document procedures and policies effectively.
- The position requires the ability to work with computing systems, software, and peripheral equipment in a Microsoft and MacOS operating environment.
