Core duties include lesson planning, assessing student performance, managing classrooms, and mentoring students.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Curriculum Development & Instruction: Create comprehensive lesson plans aligned with College Board standards and state requirements, using diverse instructional strategies like discussion-based learning and inquiry-driven activities.
-AP Exam Preparation: Focus heavily on skill development, including document-based questions (DBQ), argumentative essays, and content review to prepare students for the AP exam.
-Assessment & Grading: Evaluate students through exams, quizzes, research projects, and essays to provide regular feedback on academic progress.
-Student Support & Mentorship: Identify struggling students, offer tutoring, and guide students on personal and academic development.
-Classroom Management: Maintain an orderly and positive learning environment conducive to discussion and debate.
-Collaboration & Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and colleagues regarding student progress, and participate in staff meetings.
