Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define product requirements and solutions
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and development plans
- Participate in design, development, and enhancement of applications and data products
- Work closely with engineering teams on APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
- Support product lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and optimization
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and state standards
- Document product features, workflows, and technical designs
- 5+ years of experience in product development, application development, or technical product roles
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data-driven applications
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis
- Ability to work between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to data warehousing or analytics platforms
- Experience in government/public sector projects
