Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of Workday Finance programs
- Manage core finance modules (GL, Procurement, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Revenue)
- Drive successful end-to-end Workday implementations, rollouts, or upgrades
- Define the program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Strong experience with Workday Financial Management
- Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience
