Our Story

Our journey began in 2001 with the launch of GreatInsuranceJobs.com, one of the first niche job boards dedicated to the insurance industry. From there, we expanded into Florida with OrlandoJobs.com, which has served Central Florida employers and job seekers for more than 20 years.

Over the years, we also launched and developed local Florida job boards serving major hiring markets including Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, the Space Coast, and other growing regions across the state.

In 2026, we brought our Florida platforms together under one modern, high-tech, locally focused network: the Florida Talent Network.

The goal is simple: combine powerful job board technology, recruitment marketing tools, and statewide reach with something that still matters more than ever, authentic local hiring connections.

Roger Lear, CEO of the Florida Talent Network, has spent decades helping employers connect with talent and helping job seekers find better career opportunities throughout Florida and across niche employment markets. Roger is a graduate of Florida State University and he is super excired to connect employers and job seekers in Tallahassee.
