Responsibilities
  • Assists with office organization and deliveries around campus.
  • Drafts, edits, and sends donor stewardship correspondence to be mailed and emailed, including donor thank you correspondence.
  • Conducts research on event attendees, donors and alumni.
  • Assists in crowdfunding campaign set-up and maintenance.
  • Drafts alumni and donor news stories.
  • Assists with College of Fine Arts advancement events such as receptions, meetings, ceremonies, and fundraisers. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, preparing nametags, event set-up and clean-up, and managing guest lists.
  • Records alumni and donor contact with College Dean and Director of Development in CRM database. Submits updates to CRM on alumni and donor contact information, preferred names, work and family as well as volunteer board membership in the College.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma and two years of experience.
  • Experience working in an office setting and using Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service and experience with the arts.
  • Experience using mail merge preferred.

Anticipated Salary Range

$18 per hour
