Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality aesthetic and medical spa treatments while supporting clients' wellness goals. You will work closely with our licensed providers and be part of a collaborative, dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in aesthetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation under supervision
- Provide patient care, consultations, and education on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow spa protocols
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Support the spa team in delivering a premium client experience
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Experience in aesthetics or med spa preferred (not required; training provided)
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and aesthetics
Compensation:
- $19 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Paid training and ongoing support for certifications
- Performance bonuses available
