Responsibilities:
Essential Requirements:

• The client is looking for pplications Development Analyst focused on the delivery and implementation of enterprise solutions for CLIENT business units. The Contractor will spend most of the time consulting directly with our business units and application development team developing line of business solutions. The Contractor will have the opportunity to work with the Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments.
• The ideal candidate will effectively communicate requirements in technical discussions with developers, clients, management, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of systems and deliver customized solutions for the CLIENT. This position is on-site but may be allowed to work remotely.

Other Duties:

• Elicit detailed functional / business requirements from users and sponsors.
• Create and communicate detailed requirements, solution proposals, business process designs (BPD) and business system designs (BSD) that meet the business needs.
• Work on the CLIENT PALM Transition Project and the CLIENT Legal Matters Management System Project.
• Work with developers to understand the designs and validate the software solution to ensure it will satisfy the business needs.
• Conduct functional testing of implemented applications and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production.
• Create and deliver documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented processes.
• Recommend changes that support business processes.
• ssist the Project Manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking.
• ssist in coordinating project activities and deliverables across other team members.
• Effectively plan and conduct transition activities of newly implemented functionality to appropriate teams Provide post-implementation support.

Knowledge and Skills

• Direct experience with enterprise applications
• bility to document "As Is" processes and work with Business units to develop "To Be" processes
• bility to work with Business teams to gather and understand detailed functional requirements
• bility to work closely with IT teams to ensure designs are aligned with Business objectives
• ssist in converting requirements into designs / configurations for testing, review and implementation plans with the
• Project Manager, Business groups, and user groups
• Provide post-implementation support for implemented solutions
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure to HCL Notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of the CLIENT environment.
• Extensive current working knowledge of the Florida PALM Project.
• Understanding of the CLIENT Legal Matters Management System Project.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Previous experience with enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of documenting business processes.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in terms of project management, meeting facilitation and definition of solutions
• with the business.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to articulate business solutions,
• nd communicate effectively with technical teams to develop and configure solutions.
• Strong competency in basic Microsoft 365 applications as well as Visio, Access, and MS Project.
• This position requires pre-employment background screening that includes fingerprinting.
