Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we've created a full cast of characters that become our little learners' educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

What You'll Do as an Assistant Preschool Teacher
- Partner with lead teachers to create fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences using our proprietary curriculum and lovable TLE characters.
- Encourage children to explore, discover, build friendships, and develop important social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Work alongside your teammates to create a positive atmosphere where children and teachers can thrive.
- Build meaningful relationships with families by sharing children's daily adventures, accomplishments, and special moments through our mobile app and personal conversations.
- Be a positive role model and make every child feel valued, supported, and celebrated!
- What We're Looking For
- Someone who genuinely LOVES working with children!
- A positive attitude, caring heart, and willingness to learn.
- A high school diploma or GED (early childhood education coursework is a plus).
- The ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
- A commitment to meeting applicable Florida childcare licensing requirements.
