What will you do?
As a Back of House Smoker, you'll help ensure our food is prepared safely, consistently, and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow 4 Rivers recipes and preparation standards
- Read and complete prep lists accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload products at the correct times and temperatures
- Learn and operate the smoker properly
- Prepare, label, store, and rotate food products
- Follow proper cooling and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Safely use knives and other kitchen equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Previous cook or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Ability to safely use knives and kitchen equipment
