Job Title: Business Analyst
Role Overview:
The Advanced Business Analyst will be a key member of a full lifecycle agile development team, responsible for conducting business and systems analysis across multiple business units. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure thorough documentation, testing, and achievement of requirements. The analyst will also oversee development team activities and work closely with the Project Manager and Architects to design, implement, and test solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed research and business analysis, including process modeling and system analysis.
• Facilitate joint analysis workshops with business units to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation, including Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and Test Plans.
• Lead and coordinate the development team's activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing, tracking bugs and backlog items using Microsoft DevOps.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Management Team and ensure compliance with department standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.

- 3-5 years of business/systems analysis experience in software development projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in gathering and converting Business Requirements into Use Cases, Process Diagrams, and Test Cases.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps.
• Preferred Qualifications - Must have at least 2

- Knowledge of Florida Administrative Code (Rules 60GG-1 - 60GG-5).
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Experience with change and release management and Microsoft Power BI.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products: SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment and maintain effective work relationships.
