• Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist II - Hematology
• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital - Tampa, FL
• Schedule: Full Time
• Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM
• Weekend Work: Every Other
• On Call: No

Responsibilities:

• Performs advanced diagnostic testing and quality control procedures, prepares reagents, and reports results in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Conducts moderate to high complexity testing, maintains laboratory systems, and assists with training and orientation of testing personnel.
• Evaluates competencies and supports continuous improvement in lab operations.
• Demonstrates leadership in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all testing activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Associates - Medical Technology or Associates - Related Field
• 2 years of Clinical Laboratory experience
• State of Florida - Clinical Laboratory Technologist license

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Preferred - Bachelor's - Related Field
