Responsibilities
Cleans blinds, baseboards, windowsills in parlor and office; dusts, polishes furniture and vacuum carpet. Cleans all bathroom areas by scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, showers and lavatories, empties and cleans sanitary cans, tissues boxes and waste baskets; cleans student kitchens; sweeps entrance walks and building entrances.
Dust mops floors and stairwells; cleans trash chute rooms; dust walls, doors, ceiling, baseboards and transoms in entire building. Collects trash from trash barrels on each floor to be picked up by the city collectors. Mops, waxes, and buffs floors in areas assigned. Checks reports and replace light bulbs that need replacing and cleans trash containers regularly.
