- Developing approaches and methodologies that incorporate state standards while enabling a child to co-construct their learning within a joyful, academic, engaging environment.
- Building and nurturing relationships with learners; understand their interests and curiosities as well as how they learn best. These observations and insights will contribute to decisions about curriculum, assessment, and tailored learning experiences.
- Supporting learners' growth across social, emotional and cognitive domains.

- The Lead Teacher will be supported by an Assistant or Associate Teacher
