Gain hands-on experience estimating and supporting commercial building automation projects throughout Jacksonville, including work connected to major developments such as the new Jaguars stadium and Four Seasons Residential.

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Building Automation Inside Sales/Estimator Intern for Summer 2027. Gain hands-on experience estimating and supporting commercial building automation projects throughout Jacksonville, including work connected to major developments such as the new Jaguars stadium and Four Seasons Residential.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and quotes
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings
- Support the sales team with customer and project information
- Research equipment, materials, and project requirements
- Learn how building automation systems are designed, estimated, and sold
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Rising Junior or Senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in both an office and active job-site environment
- Available to complete a 10-12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027
- Interest in building automation, HVAC, or commercial construction
