Position Overview
Dynamic Integrated Security is seeking licensed Event Security Officers to support security operations during scheduled events in Tallahassee, Florida.
This position is ideal for security professionals seeking flexible, event-based work. Officers will help maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and event personnel while delivering professional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Monitor entrances and exits.
• Verify credentials and control access points.
• Observe and report security concerns.
• Respond appropriately to incidents following company procedures.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and event staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout the event.
Minimum Qualifications
• Active Florida Class D Security License (Required)
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to and from the event location
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
• Previous security or event experience preferred but not required
Schedule
This is an event-based temporary position. Work assignments are scheduled based on operational needs and event calendars. Most shifts are approximately 8 hours.
Upcoming assignments are expected between August and November, with additional opportunities available based on staffing needs.
Compensation
• $18.50 per hour
• Approximately 8-hour shifts
• Flexible event schedule
• Opportunity to be considered for future event assignments
