Scope of Services

As an Expert Developer, you will be a key member of an agile development team, responsible for:

• Developing custom software applications, databases, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshooting application issues and implementing integrations.
• Supporting and optimizing Off-the-Shelf (OTS) software solutions.
• Making high-level design decisions and ensuring adherence to technical standards.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participating in the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, and testing.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 5+ years as a Lead Developer.
• 8+ years of experience with development technologies including:
  • Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/WebAPI, SQL Server
  • JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, etc.)
  • REST, XML, JSON, HTML, Python, GIS Frameworks, CSS
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe, DAD preferred).
• Preference for candidates with expertise in modernizing legacy applications to service-oriented architecture.

2. Oversee full application lifecycle, maintaining code quality and efficiency.
3. Conduct rigorous unit testing before deployment.
4. Collaborate with distributed teams to align development with enterprise strategy.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
