Required Profile & Skillset: - Microsoft FABRIC skill required
Core Experience
Deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:
o Lakehouses
o Fabric Pipelines
o Notebooks (Spark/PySpark)
o Semantic models and Power BI integration
• Strong background in modern data architecture (lakehouse, medallion patterns)
• Proven experience leading system-of-record data migrations
Domain & Technical Expertise
• POS or transaction-heavy operational systems (retail, automotive, franchise, or similar)
• API and relational database ingestion (Postgres preferred)
• Designing data products for both:
o Internal analytics
o External data distribution (partners, vendors)
Leadership & Delivery Skills
• Ability to lead ambiguity and define next steps independently
• Comfortable acting as:
o Architect
o technical lead
o Educator
• Strong communication skills with:
o Engineering teams
o Analytics consumers
o Business stakeholders, Project Code :
