The 21st Century Site Coordinator oversees and manages all aspects of the 21st Century Community Learning Center at an assigned location. This role, requiring 30 hours per week, is vital in fostering an enriching, safe, and engaging environment for students during out-of-school hours. The Site Coordinator ensures program goals are met through effective leadership, collaboration, and compliance with grant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate academic and enrichment activities aligned with grant objectives.

Supervise site staff, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and volunteers, ensuring quality delivery of program services.

Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate records for reporting and compliance purposes.

Serve as the primary liaison between the program, school administration, parents, and community partners.

Ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff through adherence to established procedures.

Coordinate communication with families to promote student engagement and participation.

Provide professional development and support to site staff.

Collect and analyze data to inform continuous program improvement.

Attend regular training, meetings, and site observations as required by the program administration.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or the equivalent of sixty (60) semester hours of college credit in educational, social and/or humanitarian related studies., or a related field preferred.

Experience working in educational or youth development programs.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings, within a 30-hour workweek.

Proficiency in technology and data management.

The 21st Century Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of after-school programs that enhance student learning and community engagement.
