Anticipated Salary Range
Starting at $44,056.80, commensurate with education and experience.

Office of Admissions
Responsibilities
- The Office of Admissions is a unit within the Division of Enrollment Management, which is comprised of four distinct units: Office of Admissions, Office of the University Registrar, Office of Financial Aid, and Technology Operations. Enrollment Management's integrated services provide distinctive support throughout the student's development and progression in their academic experience - from recruitment through commencement. Through collaboration, communication, and commitment, all units within Enrollment Management achieve the highest level of student-centered service to current and prospective students and families and to campus partners across the University.
- Responsible for the planning, production, and coordination of visual and multimedia content that supports the communications, marketing, recruitment, and enrollment efforts of the Office of Admissions.
- Plans and executes photography and video projects supporting undergraduate recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Captures professional photography and video of students, campus environments, events, programs, facilities, and other subjects for use across Admissions communication channels. Coordinates production needs including locations, schedules, shot lists, equipment, lighting, audio, and other technical requirements. Produces and edits short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, digital communications, recruitment campaigns, presentations, events, and other Admissions initiatives. Performs post-production activities including footage selection, sequencing, audio editing, color correction, graphics, captions, transitions, and other visual or audio enhancements. Adapts multimedia content for multiple platforms, dimensions, formats, and audiences.
- Creates graphics and other visual assets for digital and print communications supporting recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Assists with the design and production of Admissions publications and promotional materials as needed. Collaborates with communications, social media, marketing, and publications staff to ensure visual materials align with established campaign goals, messaging, timelines, and University brand standards. Collaborates with senior leadership within the Office of Admissions to identify visual storytelling opportunities and develop creative content supporting recruitment campaigns and programs. Provides professional photography, video, graphic design, and multimedia production support for Admissions events, student programs, campus visit initiatives, admitted student communications, and other departmental priorities. May proofread or edit manuscripts as needed.
- Organizes and maintains digital photography, video, graphic, and multimedia assets to ensure files are appropriately labeled, stored, accessible, and available for future use. Maintains photography, video, audio, lighting, and related production equipment. Assists with identifying equipment, software, and production needs and recommends appropriate tools or resources to support multimedia production. Researches and maintains knowledge of current trends, technologies, tools, and best practices related to photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, visual storytelling, and digital media production. Ensures visual and multimedia materials adhere to applicable University brand, accessibility, copyright, and digital communication standards.
- Responsible for the confidential files of prospective students and applicants to the University and adequate safekeeping of this information. Responsible for ensuring the rules of confidentiality requirements are adhered to by staff. Assists other sections during peak times in support of the goals of the Office of Admissions.

- We seek enthusiastic candidates who are detail-oriented, and who work well independently as well as in a team.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or comparable software.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Experience implementing integrated marketing and communications plans.
- Experience in supervising others and/or team leadership.
- Candidates should have the ability to review, analyze, formulate, and organize data and information and follow through on assignments.
- Applicants should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Candidates with a strong sense of initiative and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently are preferred.
- The ability to make sound judgments while working in a deadline-driven environment is essential.
