Pay & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: Hourly pay starts at $16.00/hr, with opportunities for performance-based increases.

- Execute high-quality interior and exterior cleaning of our luxury SUV fleet.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all safety and aesthetic standards are met.
- Manage vehicle logistics, including fueling, charging, and staging cars for driver pick-up.
- Move cars around the Ops center, and transport vehicles to service partners. Drive and handle all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries or filling up on oil or other fluids.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at our Miami operations hub.
- Drive off-site to run dealership errands when required
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid Miami Driver's License.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable moving vehicles in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude.
- Working knowledge of basic car maintenance would be advantageous, but is not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work irregular business hours, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and web-based tools for fleet tracking.
- Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
