• 6+ months of experience within the last 36 months
• Up to 8 jobs within the last 36 months
• No major moving violations within the last 36 months
• No more than 4 moving violations in the last 36 months
• No preventable critical accidents or preventable DOT recordable accidents within the last 36 months
• No more than 4 (noncritical) preventable accidents within the last 36 months
