Responsibilities
- Facilitate classes scheduled in computer labs.
- Assist users (Anne's College faculty, staff, and students).
- Check in/out equipment.
- Maintain reservations for labs, conference rooms, and study areas.
- Set up videoconferencing.
Qualifications
High school diploma/equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference will be given to Anne's College graduate students (with at least 2 semesters before graduation).
- Knowledge of MS Office and Canvas.
- Basic computer troubleshooting and videoconferencing experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Customer service experience.
