Most exam dates fall on a Tuesday/Thursday. Those indicated with an (*) occur on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
Morning Testing Times:
The following testing dates occur in the morning. Starting time will not be earlier than 7:30 am and ending time will not be later than 12:15 pm.
The following testing dates occur in the afternoon. Starting time will not be earlier than 12:30 pm and ending time will not be later than 4:00 pm.
The following two exams will occur no earlier than 7:30 am and end no later than 5:00 pm. The length of these exams may be shorter, but due to the potential length, they will be broken down into shifts if needed.

Responsibilities
Proctoring Duties:
- Monitor students' behavior during computer-based exams and report any concerns or irregularities to the Didactic Program Coordinator.
- Assist in maintaining exam security procedures in the event of an unexpected disruption (e.g., fire alarm).
- Fulfill assigned duties with a willingness to be respectfully assertive to ensure a safe and secure test environment.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.

- Training will be provided; training dates/times will be determined upon hire.
- Availability for more than one semester is preferred.
- Spring 2027 testing dates will be published in early Fall 2026.
