- Retrieves OTC order forms and accurately picks products to fulfill patient orders.
- Packs OTC items in bags or boxes and applies patient labels with addresses and barcodes.
- Sorts completed orders by delivery route and prepares shipments for delivery or mailing.
- Maintains inventory by stocking shelves and organizing products daily.
- Assists with loading, transporting, and staging completed orders for distribution.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Reports inventory, maintenance, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
