Parts and Accessories Salesperson-Tallahassee

RideNow Powersports-Tallahassee is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Parts Team! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling cool stuff, are a customer service rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Upsell items and other complimentary items to customers
• Look up records and enter customer information
• Project positive image to customers always
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Stock and display merchandise as required
• Provide cost of parts for customers
• Make sure all displays are organized
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience Desired
• Retail Sales Experience Required
• Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory
• Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog
• Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industry
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts
• Must pass pre-employment background check and MVR check
